Do you want just a calm hotel with discreet service and unforgettable mountain views? We are here to satisfy your dreams. Our THREE MOUNTAINS hotel is located in the small village of Banja, next to Razlog and just a few miles from Bansko. The area is the saddle between three of the most beautiful mountains - Rila, Pirin and Rhodopi.

Join our special Gap Year program to combine new skills learning with fun and good memories. We offer four week summer programs for adrenaline fun, sightseing and trips to Halkidiki sea shore or full course programs for certified "Mountain leaders" or "20 GT vessel skippers".
